The agreement

Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by API tokens or webhooks you create.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to reach data belonging to another workspace;
- probe, scan, or load-test the service without our written permission;
- resell access, or use the service to build a competing product;
- configure the importer or monitoring against sites whose terms forbid automated access.
Price information — read this part
NiftySeeker gathers prices from retailers and helps you compare them. We do not sell any of the products shown and are not party to any purchase you make.
- Prices change constantly. Figures here may be out of date by the time you look.
- A calculated landed cost is an estimate built from the data available. Where a component is unknown we say so rather than guessing.
- A retailer's own listing is always the authority. Check it before you buy.
- Alerts depend on scheduled checks, email delivery, and third-party sites. We cannot guarantee an alert arrives, or arrives in time.
AI suggestions
If your workspace connects an AI vendor, suggestions it produces are exactly that. They are not verified, may be wrong, and are never applied automatically — a person always decides. You are responsible for the vendor's charges to the key you supply.
Your content
Your workspace content remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, back up, and display it to you and the members you have given access.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice. [to be completed: any service level commitment]
Ending the agreement
- You may close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless prevented by law.
- On closure, your data is deleted according to our privacy policy, except records we must keep.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for a purchasing decision you make on the basis of information shown here, and our total liability is limited to [to be completed: liability cap].
Governing law
